Terrence Ross (groin) and Jonathon Simmons (hip flexor) were both held out of practice today according to Josh Robbins.
Both injuries were described as “soreness” so this isn’t much concern here. Ross is penciled in as the starting small forward this season, but is no lock to keep the job with his inconsistent play last season. Simmons is behind Evan Fournier at the two, but could challenge him for minutes and get some time at the three as well behind Ross. Both players are late round stashes.
