Tyler Johnson (shoulder) will not play Monday vs. the Warriors.
Tyler did not go through shootaround and coach Erik Spoelstra doesn’t anticipate him playing tonight. Johnson will be missing his second straight game and this is the exact same shoulder he had surgery on last season. It is a bit worrying but he was able to lift weights on Sunday so that’s a good sign. Goran Dragic and Dion Waiters will continue to benefit the most in this situation. Johnson remains day-to-day but with the All-Star break coming up, it’s possible the Heat play it extra safe with their guard. He has also not received an MRI yet but there could be one in the near future depending on how this develops. He is still a hold in all leagues until a firm timetable is established.
