An MRI on Anthony Davis' right thumb came back clean, per Adrian Wojnarowski.
Initial exams revealed a Grade 1 sprain and it's good to know that Davis isn't dealing with a major ligament tear. There's still no telling if this will affect his early-season availability but at this point there's no need to fret when drafting AD in the first three picks. For now we're expecting to see Davis take the court on opening night, but he's probably done for the preseason.
