• According to Keith Pompey of Philly.com, league sources finalized a regular season game between the Celtics and Sixers which will be played in London.

On January 11, the Sixers will face off against Atlantic Division rivals in England at the O2 arena. The overseas match-up was determined to be a Sixers home game, which means they will only have 40 instead of 41 this year. The organization plans to accommodate season ticket holders for the loss of a game. This London match will be the eighth one in the history of the NBA, and the Sixers first games in England since 2013 against the Thunder. Tickets will be on sale as early as October for all London/UK fans of the NBA.
