• Kelly Oubre is playing with a newfound confidence and focus on the defensive end in his second summer league tour, according to The Washington Post.

“I’m an energetic player,” Oubre said. “I come in and I try to first and foremost start on the defensive end because that’s what God blessed me with, length and athletic ability, so I feel that’s kind of my calling card, coming out and trying to get stops.”  Oubre will look to translate these improvements to regular season production, as he’ll need to average better than 3.7 points and 2.1 rebounds per game to make a fantasy impact.
