The Blazers have extended qualifying offers to Meyers Leonard, Maurice Harkless and Allen Crabbe, which makes them restricted free agents on July 1st.
This means that the Blazers have the right to match any offer that these players get in restricted free agency. It would probably take a ridiculous offer for the Blazers to give up on all three of these guys with the post-season success that they saw this year. The young Blazers would be wise to stick with the team that gave the Warriors a run for their money (albeit with an injured Stephen Curry).
