The Warriors have officially signed Willie Cauley-Stein.
Cauley-Stein is believed to be on a two-year deal worth $4.4 million, with a player option in the second season. Hopefully his season of rehabbing value in Golden State goes better than DeMarcus Cousins' did. WCS will give the Warriors a threat in the pick-and-roll but he's going to need to outplay Kevon Looney in order to approach the 27.3 mpg he received last season, which is something we're not all that confident in. If he can get out of his own way then it's possible, but Cauley-Stein's commitment to defense has been fleeting over the last couple of years.
