Kristaps Porzingis put up 24 points with 12 boards against Poland while Giannis Antetokounmpo went for 20 and nine against Montenegro.
Porzingis scored 24 points with 12 rebounds, two steals and two blocks against Poland. His goal was to focus on lower body strength this summer to prevent being pushed around in the paint. He has been working out in Latvia and has even trained some with Dirk Nowitzki. He put up third round value last year but could easily move into the second round, especially if Carmelo Anthony is traded.
Giannis scored 20 points with nine boards and three assists against Montenegro. He was dealing with knee soreness about a week ago so this is a good sign. He will be out of action from August 15 to August 20 because of his tour in China. He should be a guaranteed top-3 pick in all formats. Nikola Vucevic added 18 points and nine rebounds in the same game.
