Rodney Hood scored 10 points in Wednesday’s season finale against the Spurs, hitting 4-of-13 shots (including two threes) with four rebounds, two assists and one steal in 23 minutes.
Hood looked spry and hopefully he can keep it going throughout the playoffs. As for his season, he was pretty much a bust as those that thought he would take a leap got nothing close to that. His stat set and the Jazz depth precluded him from any chance at real value this season, but the injuries and downtime made things a whole lot worse. In the right circumstance he has the upside potential to step into fantasy value as long as he can curb the injury issues.
