Kris Dunn scored 19 points on 8-of-17 shooting (including a three) with seven rebounds and 11 assists in Sunday’s loss to the Wizards.
Dunn is showing flashes of taking next steps as a prospect with an improved jumper this year and he’s using it effectively at times in the clutch. He’s still raw and making plenty of mistakes, but he has been a top 50-70 value (8/9 cat) over the last month and he could theoretically continue to improve. That said, Zach LaVine’s return is looming and should chill any further gains on the development front. All told, it’s a bit of a sell-high moment here.
