Richaun Holmes played 28 minutes on Wednesday and notched 11 points, nine rebounds, two assists and two blocks on 4-of-7 shooting.
As always, Holmes brings the goods when Joel Embiid sits. Amir Johnson started but was largely irrelevant in 20 minutes while Trevor Booker crashed the glass for nine points and nine boards in 15 minutes. Despite the logjam, it’s clear that Holmes is the cream of this crop and he’d be an immediate add in all formats if he got minutes in the mid-twenties going forward. This was the most playing time he’s received since December 12th and he’d been a DNP in seven of his last eight, so unfortunately he’s still just a stash at best.
