• K.J. McDaniels scored 10 points on 3-of-11 shooting (including a three) with four rebounds, three assists, three steals and three blocks in Sunday’s Summer League win.

Minutes might be tough to come by early on but with how bad the Rockets defense is going to be and with how Mike D’Antoni wants to get up and down the floor — McDaniels has a lot of upside in Houston.  The team also has injury risks in multiple spots so the hope will be that everybody sleeps on McDaniels, his early production is still good for top-150 value in a 20-25 mpg role, and then he explodes when the Rockets disintegrate into a heap and start tanking early.
