• Nickeil Alexander-Walker
    SG, New Orleans Pelicans

    Nickeil Alexander-Walker exploded for a game-high 34 points on 9-of-21 shooting (five 3s), adding five rebounds, five dimes and four steals in Saturday's Summer League OT win over the Heat.

    NAW has been just a thrill to watch in Summer League, showing that his NBA-ready game is legit and more than just draft-hype. It's almost a shame that he's playing for the Pelicans and behind all that backcourt depth. Still, if he plays this well, it'll be hard to deny him minutes.

  • Cameron Johnson
    SF, Phoenix Suns

    Cameron Johnson put up a career-high 18 points on 7-for-13 shooting with four rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and four 3-pointers in 26 minutes vs. the Kings on Tuesday.

    Johnson's minutes have been creeping up lately. He's played at least 19 minutes in six straight games and he's averaged 2.7 threes over that stretch. He's on the radar as a threes streamer and someone to watch in case he continues to carve out a bigger share of the minutes.

  • Ricky Rubio
    PG, Phoenix Suns

    Ricky Rubio (back spasms) was able to start the game on Tuesday after sitting out on Monday, but he missed all seven of his shots and did not play in the second half.

    Rubio hit one of his two freebies and otherwise had just one rebound, two assists and a steal in his 16 minutes. The Suns next game is on Thursday, and it will be hard to trust that Rubio will produce even if the news about his back is better. If you can afford to sit him until we see him looking somewhat normal, it would be wise to do so.

  • Jae Crowder
    PF, Memphis Grizzlies

    Jae Crowder double-doubled with 15 points (5-of-11 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), 11 rebounds, four assists and four 3-pointers in 33 minutes in a 95-114 home loss to the Warriors on Tuesday.

    Crowder has been a late-round player this season, but unless you need an inefficient player with a high floor and low ceiling, there are probably better options available. Dillon Brooks, who is in the same range but with a bit more upside, had 18 points, three rebounds, two steals, one block and three treys in 32 minutes.

  • JA Morant
    PG, Memphis Grizzlies

    Ja Morant had a solid game on Tuesday with 20 points (7-for-20 FGs, 5-for-6 FTs), two rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer in 35 minutes.

    Morant's fantasy stat set is lacking in peripheral stats, but he's averaging 18.5 points and 6.0 assists per game, which is impressive for a rookie point guard. He's had a similar path to Trae Young for a few years now, and Young started his rookie season on a rough note but kicked it into overdrive in the second half. It would be unwise to expect that from Morant, but steady improvement should get him into late-round value in 9-cat leagues and mid-round value in 8-cat leagues before long.

  • Jaren Jackson Jr.
    PF, Memphis Grizzlies

    Jaren Jackson Jr. fouled out on Tuesday in only 18 minutes in which he collected just eight points (3-for-7 FGs, 1-for-2 FTs), a three and a turnover.

    Just when you think he's turned the corner, putting up huge offensive games, Jackson reminds us that he's 20 and that his fouling problems can derail any of his games. If you're sick of the roller coaster, you may want to try to sell him after another good game or two. Consistency does not appear to be in store for Jackson quite yet. Brandon Clarke, who is three years older than Jackson, continued to look good with 17 points, five boards, three dimes, a steal and a block in 26 minutes as he helped to pick up the slack tonight.

  • Marquese Chriss
    PF, Golden State Warriors

    Marquese Chriss had a nice game in 21 minutes off the bench on Tuesday as he put up 17 points (7-for-11 FGs, 3-for-4 FTs), six rebounds, two assists and four blocks.

    Chriss finds himself in a decent situation until Kevon Looney (neuropathy) returns, which might be less than a week. When he's in this position to get regular backup big-man minutes, Chriss is a good streaming option for blocks.

  • Kyle Kuzma
    PF, Los Angeles Lakers

    Kyle Kuzma was apparently poked in the right eye in Tuesday's game and is questionable to return.

    That's a bummer. Kuzma was just starting to get back into the flow of things prior to this injury. He leaves the game after playing only nine minutes, posting five points, one trey and one turnover.

  • Alec Burks
    SG, Golden State Warriors

    Alec Burks had a game-high and season-high 29 points (9-for-15 FGs, 9-for-9 FTs) and eight rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and two triples in 36 minutes as he led the Warriors to a 114-95 win over the Grizzlies on Tuesday.

    Burks has been inconsistent, but he's safe to start for at least two weeks while D'Angelo Russell (right thumb sprain) is out. Another safe, though lower-end Warrior, Glenn Robinson III had 20 points and three 3-pointers in 34 minutes tonight.

  • Draymond Green
    PF, Golden State Warriors

    It was a much more typical Draymond Green game than he's had lately in a win over the Grizzlies on Tuesday as he produced 8 points (4-for-12 FGs), 10 rebounds, 11 assists and two blocks in 35 minutes.

    For such an established player, Green has a wide range of outcomes this season. The Warriors have shown that they'll sit players for minor injuries, so there's the risk that he doesn't play for much of the season. However, while he is playing, he's capable of near-triple-double numbers. You can try to sell high if he has a few games like this if you need someone safer.

  • Jrue Holiday
    PG, New Orleans Pelicans

    Jrue Holiday put up 22 points on 10-of-18 shooting, 10 assists, five rebounds and a 3-pointer in 35 minutes to lead the Pelicans over the Blazers 115-104 on Tuesday in New Orleans.

    Holiday seems to have found his stride lately. He's creeping up in the rankings and could still return that second-round value that many drafters had hoped for. Along side him tonight, JJ Redick sank four treys as part of an 18-point, five-board, two-dime game in 32 minutes.
