• Donovan Mitchell had the best night of his short career in the Jazz’s 114-108 win over the Pelicans on Friday, scoring a career-high 41 points on 13-of-25 shooting (6-of-12 3PTs, 9-of-11 FTs) with four rebounds and four assists in 37 minutes.

Baby James Harden just keeps getting it done and he has cemented himself as the Jazz’s best offensive player on a team that lacks scoring.  He’s going to dip a bit when Rodney Hood (ankle) and Joe Johnson (wrist) return, and maybe even a bit when Rudy Gobert (knee) returns, but he should outlast everybody and he looks like a must-start player the rest of the year.
