Draymond Green scored 11 points on 5-of-10 shooting with nine rebounds, eight assists, one steal, one block and one three in Saturday’s road loss to the Spurs.
The Warriors had to give more energy than they would have liked in Dallas the night before and Andre Iguodala’s absence hurts them more than anybody really knows. They were also without Andrew Bogut. The Spurs did what ever team should do and that is try to play rough with Stephen Curry early on to set the tone with refs and it worked. Curry finished with just 4-of-18 hits from the field for 14 points, six boards, six assists, two steals and a 1-of-12 mark from deep. Klay Thompson joined him in the cold shooting with just 7-of-20 makes for 15 points. The Dubs need to win 11 games in 13 tries to beat the 1996 Bulls 72-10 mark.
