Kevin Durant scored 19 points on 7-of-14 shooting (including two threes) with 11 rebounds and 10 assists in the Warriors’ 108-99 win over the Mavs on Friday.
Durant got passed by James Harden tonight for the 8-cat lead in fantasy leagues but he’s N0. 1 in 9-cat leagues by a healthy margin and that makes him the best fantasy player of the year so far. Klay Thompson got loose for 29 points on 11-of-19 shooting with five treys, four rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block as he rolls at a top-40 pace, and Stephen Curry continues to hover under the radar after a 14-point night with a lower-end but full stat line.
Curry is bringing back top 5-6 value on the season and has had relatively few ‘wow’ games, and in contrast to last year this is your chance to get a potential No. 1 overall play. He has the stat set to do it and there are still muted calls for Curry to take over more of the offense.
