Eric Gordon hit 10-of-17 shots (including seven threes) for 29 points, one rebound, one assist, one steal and one block in 28 minutes off the bench on Friday against the Pelicans.
Gordon is returning top-60 value this season with averages of 17.4 points, 3.7 treys, 2.6 boards and 2.7 assists. He’s hitting 44.2 percent of his shots and making 80 percent from the foul line. We’re really reaching peak sell high territory here as owners start to get overconfident. If the Rockets suffer an injury he can completely lose his efficiency as they’re very thin, and he himself can’t be expected to keep up his current percentages even if they don’t.
