Goran Dragic tied his season-high with 33 points on Wednesday night but it wasn’t enough to keep the Heat from falling in overtime at Golden 1 Center.
Dragic was able to go 11-of-21 from the field and 8-of-9 from the line but was relatively quiet elsewhere, hitting three threes and chipping in two boards and three assists. It’s been a relatively disappointing year for Dragic, who sits just outside of the top-100 in 9-cat leagues after several years of steady top-65 production. The Dragon’s big hit has been efficiency, which has in turn affected his scoring. He is up in his usual neighborhood over the last month, however, so we’ll see how close Dragic gets to his customary territory by season’s end.
