• Hassan Whiteside scored 28 points on 13-of-17 shooting (2-of-3 FTs) with 20 rebounds, two assists, one steal and two blocks in Tuesday’s loss to the Warriors.

Whiteside has not been able to shirk the free throw shooting issues this year (54.2 percent on 5.2 attempts per game) or the low block totals (2.3 per contest).  He sat at 3.7 swats last year and though he has seen increases in mpg (+4.8), rpg (2.7) and ppg (3.7), his efficiency has dipped with a 5.1 percent decrease from the field and he needs to get back to his roots in order to sniff his first round ADP.  He’s currently a third round value.
