Ian Mahinmi scored 18 points on 9-of-12 shooting with seven rebounds and two blocks in the Pacers’ 98-96 win over the Bulls on Tuesday.
Other than Paul George’s 20 points, nine rebounds, five assists, four steals and one block this was an ugly box score. Before we get into that, George tweaked his left foot/ankle and stayed in the game but we’ll keep an ear to the ground for anything on that. Myles Turner had foul trouble and posted just six points, five boards and one block in 16 minutes, and George Hill had just six points, three rebounds and four assists. Monta Ellis hit 3-of-12 shots for eight points, five rebounds, four assists, three steals and one block. It’s hard to measure them when neither team could buy a bucket for long stretches tonight.
