James Harden was up to his usual MVP-level self on sunday, scoring 36 points on 13-of-22 shooting with four 3-pointers, four rebounds, nine assists and two steals.
The Beard has followed up one MVP campaign with another and while there are plenty of players playing well, Harden has delivered highlight performance nightly so lines like this look normal. That’s how incredible his year has been, in 9-cat leagues he’s the No. 1 fantasy player with averages of 31.7 points, 4.5 3s, 5.1 rebounds, 9.7 assists, 1.7 steals, 0.5 blocks on 45.8 percent shooting. His efficiency has spiked and that’s with playing the majority of his games without Chris Paul. The volume stats haven’t even dipped with the return of Paul and you can expect Harden to deliver top-5 fantasy value.
