Jimmy Butler (finger) scored 19 points on 7-of-12 shooting (5-of-5 FTs) with eight rebounds and eight assists in Wednesday’s road win over the Clippers.
Butler’s slow start still has him a round or two behind his ADP but he has been as advertised over the last month or so, returning top-15 value while taking control of the Wolves. The rest of the box was productive but mostly normal, as Taj Gibson went for 16 & 14 with three blocks and Andrew Wiggins scored 16 points on a light night. Karl-Anthony Towns posted 21 points with 12 boards, four assists, two steals and four blocks to put a little pep in owners’ steps, and Jeff Teague did the same with 19 points, three rebounds, seven assists, one steal and four treys in the win.
