Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins both impressed during Wednesday night’s loss to the Nuggets, in which Towns triple-doubled and Wiggins poured in 25 points.
Towns was limited in the first half, but came alive to pull the Wolves within one in the final minute. He finished with 15 points, 10 assists, 11 boards, one three and two blocks. He’s a monster; what else is there to say? Wiggins, meanwhile, shot 11-of-20 from the floor and chipped in five boards, one assist, two threes and two steals. We’ve been harping on how little he does outside of scoring, so it was nice to see him cobble together a well rounded line tonight.
