Kawhi Leonard hit a career-high seven 3-pointers in the Spurs’ win over the Grizzlies on Thursday, and finished with 27 points on 9-of-13 shooting, eight rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block.
Owners are getting to see why we’ve led the charge on Leonard for years as he is the No. 3 and 6 play in 9- and 8-cat leagues, respectively. Because he fits into the category of player whose ceiling isn’t really known, we’re not going to have you get too aggressive on any sell-high deals. The only players that we’d rank ahead of him are Stephen Curry, James Harden and Anthony Davis and in 9-cat leagues if you wanted to knock Harden out of there we might not fight you on it. In 8-cat leagues Russell Westbrook can make a good case to go ahead of him, too.
