• Kawhi Leonard was brutally efficient on Wednesday, shooting 13-of-16 from the floor, 3-of-4 from downtown and 5-of-5 from the line as the Spurs evened the series at one game apiece.

He played like a man possessed tonight, demolishing smaller players in the post and flashing his silky mid range jumper.  Leonard finished with 34 points, seven boards, eight assists, three steals and one block, as he continues to handle the lion’s share of offensive responsibilities for the Spurs.  Leonard was given more opportunities as a pick-and-roll ball handler in Game 2 and he made the most of them, punishing the Rockets with smart passes or scoring just about every time he was given any day light.  Leonard will look to recapture home court advantage on Friday in Houston.
