Kyle Kuzma was electrifying on Wednesday night, shooting his way to a career-high 38 points with seven rebounds, four assists, one block and seven 3-pointers as the Lakers stunned the Rockets, 122-116.
In the last few weeks, people started whispering that Kuzma had regressed to being an average rookie and Kuz-Mania was quietly dying down. Kyle made sure Kuz-Mania hit a 1985 Hulk Hogan fever pitch on Wednesday night, demolishing the Rockets for 38 points. In his last four, Kuzma is averaging 25.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists, one block and 3.7 3-pointers per game. He sounds okay to me.
