Damian Lillard had 31 points, five boards, seven assists, four steals and two triples, while C.J. McCollum had 21 points, two boards, two assists and one triple in a 90-93 loss to the Bucks on Tuesday.
The stellar backcourt put the squad on their backs once more on Tuesday, and Lillard had a chance to tie the game with a toughly contested shot before the buzzer rang. The duo combined for 22-for-43 from the field and scored over half the team’s points, which isn’t an uncommon occurrence in Portland. Despite not getting the victory tonight, both players are posting top-25 value in 9-cat on the season.
