Marc Gasol finished Wednesday’s 110-102 loss to the Suns with 22 points, 13 rebounds, two assists, one steal, two 3-pointers and four blocks.
The Grizzlies have completed a winless February, and not even Gasol was immune to the malaise. He’s been just a top-70 player over the last month, and most of that is being driven by a putrid .378 mark from the field on 13.9 shots a night. His .235 mark on 4.3 triples per game is absolutely gutting his value. There have been reports coming out about Gasol’s growing frustrations with Grizzlies and their situation but to this point he hasn’t been floated as a shut down risk. He won’t be the usual top-35 stud that we’ve grown accustomed to but remains one of fantasy’s more versatile centers despite the recent swoon.
