Paul George poured in 37 points with eight boards and five assists in Sunday’s 112-99 victory over the Mavs.
George followed up his 42 point performance with another gem for owners on Sunday. He hit seven triples and added two steals. George went 12-for-22 from the field and is loving life without Carmelo Anthony. The Thunder have won their last two after dropping four in a row and George is a much better fit with Westbrook than Anthony. George was the 13th best player before this game and his floor is a top-25 finish. The scoring explosions might not be as common when Anthony comes back into the lineup, but the potential for the ridiculous amount of triples and steals he can give owners on a nightly basis will be there regardless of who’s in the lineup.
