Paul George scored 38 points on 13-of-22 shooting (4-of-7 3PTs, 8-of-8 FTs) with six rebounds, two assists and one steal in Saturday’s win over the Wizards.
This was a big win at the bottom of the Eastern Conference playoff standings and the Pacers sit by themselves in the No. 7 seed, a game ahead of the Bulls at No. 8 and 2.5 games ahead of No. 10 ranked Washington after the win. For all the folks that swung and missed on George and have complained about his inefficiency all season — he is the No. 6 and 12 ranked fantasy player in 8- and 9-cat leagues, respectively.
