Paul George went off in the Thunder’s 120-111 win over the Clippers on Friday, scoring a season-high 42 points on 13-of-22 shooting (4-of-7 3PTs, 12-of-15 FTs) with nine rebounds, seven assists and three steals.
Wow. George surges up to the top of the second round with the big outing and owners have to be thrilled with the big, albeit mostly unsustainable production. The Thunder are pretty easy to figure out right now. George is a mild sell-high guy, Russell Westbrook (22 points, three boards, eight assists, three steals) and his top 45-100 value (8/9 cat) are a big-time buy low, and Carmelo Anthony (14 points, six boards, three assists, one block, one three) and his top 45-55 value are a big-time sell-high situation.
