Rajon Rondo scored 11 points on 5-of-16 shooting (including a three) with 10 rebounds, 11 assists, one block and six turnovers in Thursday’s big win over the Hawks.
Rondo also scored the game-winning bucket on a baseline dump-off from DeMarcus Cousins in the post, but he exasperated the Kings offense with at least 10-15 bad passes that really killed them. He has been terrible on defense and is among the most over-hyped players in the league because of his focus on accumulating statistics, but fantasy owners could care less about all that. He’s a top 25-55 value on the season and the Kings are all-in on this guy, even if they would be way better off if they cut his influence on the team down by a healthy third.
