Russell Westbrook finished one assist and one rebound shy of a triple double in Tuesday’s 125-105 win over the Warriors, scoring 34 points on 13-of-26 shooting with nine rebounds and nine assists.
Westbrook has been a force to be reckoned with this season when it comes to racking up counting stats, but his percentages tell a different story. The efficiency from the field is up, but his conversion rate from the line is way down. He did go 6-of-6 at the line tonight, but his attempts are way down as well from last season. It leaves some room for Westbrook to improve, but regardless of his struggles at the line this year, he still should finish as an early-round value.
