Russell Westbrook collected the 100th triple-double of his career on Tuesday night in Atlanta, racking up 32 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists in a win.
Westbrook joins some illustrious company as only Jason Kidd, Oscar Robertson and Magic Johnson have posted 100 triple-doubles. He even shined up his game for the occasion, going 12-of-20 from the field and 8-of-10 from the line with a steal and a block. Westbrook’s inefficiencies from both spots have him in tough to post first-round fantasy value again this season but he’s going to rebound from a tough start to wind up with top-30 value. Not quite what owners were hoping for when the season began but elite nonetheless.
