Terry Rozier got his first career start against the Knicks on Wednesday and rewarded the Celtics with his first career triple-double, posting 17 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists, two steals and two blocks in 33 minutes.
Rozier shot 6-of-14 from the field and 3-of-6 from deep. He was a man on a mission on Wednesday, filling in for the injured Kyrie Irving and Marcus Smart. Rozier is producing top-50 value over his last three games and this was icing on the cake for those who swooped him up today. He’ll have value even when Irving and Smart return, but when he’s starting he’s a whole different beast.
