Ty Lawson had 22 points, 11 boards, 12 assists, one steal, one triple and three turnovers in a 128-104 win over the Suns on Tuesday.
It was a first for Lawson as he hadn’t recorded a triple-double in his eight-year career in the NBA. Granted, it came with Darren Collison (migraine), Arron Afflalo (rest) and Tyreke Evans (rest) on the sidelines. The Kings had eight players in double-figure scoring tonight, including a team-high from Buddy Hield, who had 30 points, four triples, six boards and one steal in the win.
