  • Alex Abrines - G - Oklahoma City Thunder

The Thunder have waived Alex Abrines.

Abrines has been out for some time now for personal reasons, and we truly hope everything is okay. This won't have much impact on fantasy, as the Thunder's rotation won't be changing.

Alex Abrines (personal) will remain out against the Rockets on Saturday.

Abrines has missed 20 of the last 22 games with a personal issue and his timetable remains a mystery. Terrance Ferguson remains the starter and has been somewhat of a reliable three-point specialist with 2.8 triples over his last 14 games. Add to that 1.2 steals over his last 10 games and he may be someone to consider adding in standard leagues.

Alex Abrines has been ruled out of Thursday's vs. the Grizzlies for personal reasons.

Abrines has had a lengthy absence for personal reasons now. We should see Terrance Ferguson continue to shine while Abrines is not there to challenge for minutes.

Alex Abrines will be active for Sunday's game but will not play.

Abrines "returned" from his personal absence last Monday, but still has not played. He is not in the rotation right now and will have a hard time finding minutes.

  • Alex Abrines - G - Oklahoma City Thunder

Alex Abrines has returned from his lengthy personal absence but will not play on Tuesday.

Abrines missed nine games and simply isn't in the rotation right now. He'll need to leapfrog either Hamidou Diallo or Abdel Nader to find minutes again.

Alex Abrines is active, but will not play in Monday's game versus the Knicks.

Thunder head coach Billy Donovan said he is still working his way back and he is not expected to play in tomorrow's game either. Terrance Ferguson will continue to benefit from Abrines' absence, but isn't worth a look in anything but the deepest of leagues.

Alex Abrines (personal) will miss Saturday’s rematch against the Spurs.

This will be the eighth straight missed game for Abrines who remains without a timetable to return from his undisclosed personal issues. Terrance Ferguson will be the biggest beneficiary in terms of minutes, but isn’t a good add in DFS or season-long leagues.

Alex Abrines (personal) remains without a timetable.

Abrines will be missing his seventh consecutive game on Sunday. Coach Billy Donovan had no further information regarding Abrines' personal matter, and we wish him the best. Terrance Ferguson, Abdel Nader and Hamidou Diallo will continue to split minutes at the two. None are fantasy options.

Alex Abrines (personal) has no timetable for a return.

Consider Abrines out indefinitely, and we hope that all is well with him and his family. Terrance Ferguson, Abdel Nader and Hamidou Diallo will hold down the shooting guard spot in OKC but are not fantasy options.

Alex Abrines (personal) did not make the trip with the Thunder to Los Angeles.

He's not going to play on Wednesday, and unless he meets up with the team after he's probably out on Friday in Portland as well. Terrance Ferguson and Abdel Nader will hold down the fort in the meantime.

Alex Abrines will miss Monday's game for personal reasons.

Abrines has missed all of OKC's games since Christmas because of a stomach illness, so at least it's not that. Abdel Nader has been starting at shooting guard in his absence (Terrance Ferguson has been out as well) but it's not a spot that yields much fantasy value.

Alex Abrines (stomach illness) is out for Sunday's game.

Abrines missed Friday's game as well and is suffering from whatever bug is going around the NBA. It does not have much of an impact for fantasy.

Alex Abrines (illness) will not play in Friday's game against the Suns.

Abrines' absence could be exasperated by Paul George's questionable status, but none of the Thunder's glut of wings is desirable as a streamer.

Alex Abrines (illness) did not practice Thursday.

Abrines was a late scratch for the Christmas day game against Houston. It seems everyone in the NBA has an illness right now, and Abrines is in danger of missing another game. He's only an option in very, very deep leagues.
