Bismack Biyombo is getting replaced by Cody Zeller in the starting lineup, while Willy Hernangomez is expected to play the backup C minutes against the Spurs on Tuesday.

Biyombo may not see the floor tonight after starting the past three games and being a productive back-end big man. Willy Hernangomez and Cody Zeller are worth a look in deeper leagues as the Hornets continue to search for an answer at C.

  • Cody Zeller
    C, Charlotte Hornets

Cody Zeller will start in place of Bismack Biyombo during Tuesday's game against the Spurs.

Biyombo started the past three games, but it looks like coach James Borrego will turn back to Zeller in this one. Zeller may have been dropped in your leagues and is worth a look at the end of benches if he is available.

Bismack Biyombo recorded a double-double in Friday's victory over the Raptors, putting up 13 points, 11 rebounds and blocking two shots in 31 minutes, the fifth most he has played in a single game this season.

He has not really been fantasy-relevant, even in 20-team leagues. Biyombo putting up a productive game or stretch is nothing new, we've been down this road before. Leave him on the wire.

Bismack Biyombo will start for the Hornets when they face the Raptors on Friday.

Cody Zeller seems to be getting limited activity for the Hornets and that is allowing Biyombo to get some larger opportunities when he rests. If you can get the timing down Biyombo will make for a nice streamer and DFS target. The situation is a mess in terms of reliability until we get better notice on Zeller's "rest" status.

Bismack Biyombo fouled out in 27 minutes on Wednesday, finishing with 12 points (5-of-6 from the field), five rebounds, four assists and four blocks.

Biyombo got the start over Cody Zeller who was a DNP-CD on Wednesday. Willy Hernangomez came off the bench and scored seven points with three rebounds and four assists in 19 minutes. Biyombo is worth throwing on a watch list in standard leagues after this performance and the possible change in the Hornets' rotations. Biyombo is a speculative add in 14-team leagues, but don't cut someone with safe value for him. Hernangomez can be left on the waiver wire outside of 18-team leagues and Zeller is a drop.

Bismack Biyombo will draw the start ahead of Wednesday's contest vs. the Knicks.

It was also reported that Cody Zeller would be active but would likely not play on Wednesday. Willy Hernangómez will be the primary back-up to Biyombo. Neither player is worth rostering in standard formats but Hernangómez has the higher upside.

  • Bismack Biyombo
    C, Charlotte Hornets

Bismack Biyombo started on Wednesday and double-doubled with 14 points and 10 rebounds to go with two assists and a block.

Biyombo drew the start and played well in his 26 minutes of action, but he's not worth owning as Cody Zeller should return to the lineup soon.

Bismack Biyombo will draw the start on Wednesday vs. the Wolves with Cody Zeller doubtful.

Biyombo doesn't belong on fantasy rosters this season but could be looked at as a very low-cost option for DFS as he will be matched up against James Johnson and Juan Hernangómez. It is still unclear if Zeller will play but it appears highly unlikely at this time.

  • Cody Zeller
    C, Charlotte Hornets

Cody Zeller was solid in his return to the starting lineup on Wednesday, chipping in 11 points on 5-of-10 shooting with one rebound, one assist, one steal and two blocks in 22 minutes.

Zeller's minutes are still being monitored closely by the Hornets but remains as a solid end-of-bench guy in standard leagues for his efficient game. Bismack Biyombo was forgettable in his 15 minutes off the bench, posting four points, three blocks and six rebounds.

Bismack Biyombo took a shot to the nose and was forced out of Sunday's game, but is available to return.

Biyombo has grabbed hold of the starting center spot in Charlotte. While Cody Zeller's a more interesting fantasy option, Biyombo is a fine source of rebounds and blocks in deeper formats.

  • Marvin Williams
    PF, Charlotte Hornets

Marvin Williams will not play in Wednesday's game vs. the Raptors as he continues to work himself back from a nasal fracture.

This marks Williams' second consecutive missed game and he is currently not seeing enough playing time even when is on the court to provide standard league value. Look for Bismack Biyombo, PJ Washington, Cody Zeller and Miles Bridges to eat up most of the minutes in the frontcourt on Wednesday.

  • Bismack Biyombo
    C, Charlotte Hornets

Bismack Biyombo grabbed 13 rebounds on Saturday and scored 11 points in 37 minutes.

Biyombo is a solid deep-league option for big-man-stats and can be used as a streamer in standard leagues. This is Biyombo's ceiling though.

  • Bismack Biyombo
    C, Charlotte Hornets

Bismack Biyombo was serviceable during Sunday's game against the Grizzlies, tallying 10 points, six rebounds and two blocks.

Biyombo continues to chug along as a streamer for big-man stats (field goal percentage, rebounds, blocks) in standard leagues and makes for a solid end of the bench center in deeper formats. Cody Zeller did what we've come to expect as well with 14 points (5-of-8 FG, 4-of-5 FT) on good shooting, three rebounds and a steal. Neither is worth holding long term, but they have their usefulness on occasion.

  • Bismack Biyombo
    C, Charlotte Hornets

Bismack Biyombo double-doubled with 10 points (3-of-5 FGs, 4-of-6 FTs), 10 rebounds, one assist and two blocks as a starter for the Hornets on Friday.

He's a low-end option as a streamer for boards and blocks in standard leagues, but definitely has a place in deeper formats for his contributions in those areas.

  • Bismack Biyombo
    C, Charlotte Hornets

Bismack Biyombo had a nice run against the Celtics' interior defense on Sunday, as he went for 18 points (8-of-11 FG), three rebounds and two blocks.

It was a rare off night in the rebounding department for Biyombo, but it was nice to see his minutes climb back to 27 tonight. If you are in need of traditional big-man stats he remains a reliable option that can be found on many wires in standard leagues. Don't forget his subpar free-throw percentage though, which stands to improve from 58 percent on the year after he went 2-of-3 from the line tonight.
