Cody Zeller will come off of the bench during Saturday's game versus the Bucks.

He's returning from injury and Hornets head coach James Borrego is opting to start Bismack Biyombo and ease Zeller back slowly. Biyombo could be used in DFS, but Zeller playing minutes definitely impacts his upside.

Cody Zeller (bruised right hip) is being listed as probable for Saturday's game against the Bucks.

Don't read to much into this. He went from probable to out an hour before game-time on Wednesday and he similarly was listed as probable before sitting out Friday's game. Bismack Biyombo is an obvious DFS target again if Zeller misses another game, but you'll have to check back in right before tipoff before locking him in. Biyombo's clock is ticking, while Zeller is barely treading water in standard leagues, although the latter big man will likely pop up on the fantasy radar sporadically throughout the season, barring injury.

Bismack Biyombo started for Cody Zeller (hip) on Friday and did well in a tough matchup against Andre Drummond and company, producing 13 points on 6-of-12 shooting with nine rebounds, two assists and two blocks.

Biyombo is a fantasy-darling in brief spurts almost every season. This is one of those runs, so ride him while Zeller is on the sidelines.

Bismack Biyombo made the most of his starting gig on Wednesday and poured in 19 points on 8-of-11 shooting with nine rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 34 minutes.

Biyombo started for Cody Zeller, who was out with a left hip contusion. Biz is worth a stream for blocks and boards while Zeller is sidelined.

Cody Zeller has been downgraded to out for Wednesday's matchup vs. the Pistons due to a bruised left hip.

Bismack Biyombo filled in for Zeller after he got hurt in their last contest and should be looked at as the main beneficiary of Zeller's playing time. It doesn't appear that Zeller will miss too much time as a result of this injury so consider Biyombo a short-term streamer only.

Cody Zeller (left hip contusion) is being listed as probable ahead of Wednesday's game against the Pistons.

Zeller left Monday's game early with the injury, but it seems that it may have just been for precautionary measures. If Zeller's status gets downgraded as we get closer to tip-off, Bismack Biyombo would likely get the starting nod.

Bismack Biyombo stepped in for Cody Zeller, who had to leave the game on Monday with a left hip contusion, allowing Biyombo to chip in 11 points, five rebounds and one assist in 22 minutes.

Should Zeller miss time, you can look to Biyombo as a streaming target for rebounds and blocks.

Bismack Biyombo double-doubled in Saturday's loss to the Bulls, putting up 11 points, 12 rebounds, one assist, one steal and two blocks.

Biyombo ate into teammate Cody Zeller's minutes tonight and was able to provide well off the bench. In 23 minutes he was able to secure a season-high 12 rebounds, enroute to a fantasy friendly game. Zeller minutes seemed to be limited here, but this is probably the best case scenario to what Biyombo can provide.

Cody Zeller was on the bench for all but 17 minutes of Tuesday's overtime and he provided just seven points (1-for-5 FGs, 5-for-6 FTs), one rebound and one assist.

Some of the younger Hornets, and even Bismack Biyombo, just couldn't be taken off the floor with the way they were playing tonight, apparently. Zeller's been a nice surprise this season and he's still averaging a double-double with good percentages after this poor showing. That lands him just inside the top-100. Continue to deploy him in your lineups, but shorten the leash a bit in case he loses minutes again. Biyombo went for 15 points (6-of-7 FGs, 3-for-8 FTs), six rebounds, a steal and two blocks in just 17 minutes.

Cody Zeller (personal) is not being listed on Saturday's injury report.

Zeller missed Friday's game versus the Timberwolves and Bismack Biyombo started in his place. Zeller is expected to rejoin the starting lineup ahead of Sunday's game versus the Lakers.

Bismack Biyombo played 18 minutes in a start on Friday, adding eight points, four rebounds, two steals and a block.

Biyombo is usually good for a block or two when he gets extended minutes, and this one was no different. He doesn't factor into fantasy outside of deep leagues and a spot streamer for blocks and rebounds.

With Cody Zeller (personal) away from the team, Bismack Biyombo will get the starting center nod on Friday vs. the Wolves.

Biyombo will have his hands full replacing Cody Zeller in the starting lineup. Karl Anthony-Towns is bound to have a field day against him. Assuming Biyombo does not get into foul trouble too quickly he has a nice opportunity to put up a double-double with a couple of blocks.

Bismack Biyombo underwent successful arthroscopic knee surgery to help with chronic issues in his left knee and is expected to make a full recovery.

Biyombo is currently the second highest paid player on the Hornets behind Nicolas Batum at $17M as Kemba Walker is no longer under contract. The Hornets are overpaying for a player that can barely crack the rotation for a non-playoff team. We should not expect this surgery to change Biyombo's fantasy outlook. His chronic knee issues are just another sign that Biyombo will not be worth the money he is being paid next season. Expect the Hornets to either waive his contract before next season ends or use it as a trade piece as it will be a large expiring contract.
