    Boris Diaw has announced his retirement from basketball.

    Diaw spent 14 seasons in the NBA but will mostly be remembered for his time in San Antonio, where he took home an NBA championship. He also won Most Improved Player in 2006 with Phoenix, when he averaged 13.3 points, 6.9 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 0.7 steals and 1.0 blocks per game. Diaw spent last year in France, where he won MVP way back in 2004. He'll be hanging them up as one of the best French players of all time.
