Game notes continue to list Channing Frye as out for Tuesday’s game against the Nuggets.

Frye has recently been cleared for on-court activity but he will remain sidelined tonight. The Lakers have given 10-day contracts to Derrick Williams and Travis Wear in his absence but the team’s style of play fits his game and he will likely see minutes once he is able to return to action.
