C.J. McCollum (left ankle sprain) ruled out for Monday's tilt vs. the Warriors.

McCollum will miss his second game due to the injury. He was spotted without a limp on Saturday so there is reason to hope this is a short term problem. Anfernee Simmons makes for a solid play in standard leagues right now, and the main Blazers for fantasy purposes, Damian Lillard, Carmelo Anthony and Hassan Whiteside, will get boosts in value as well.

C.J. McCollum (left ankle sprain) will not play on Saturday against the Thunder.

McCollum played only 12 minutes on Friday before being ruled out while an update or timetable is yet to be provided. Anfernee Simmons started the second half for him and finished with seven points, five rebounds, five assists, one steal and a three-pointer in 28 minutes. He might be someone to use if you need points and triples as he can catch fire in a hurry but usually doesn't really help much outside of those two categories.

C.J. McCollum appeared to roll his left ankle on Friday and headed to the locker room with the trainers.

McCollum stepped on Maxi Kleber's foot and hopped around until the Blazers could call a timeout. He then headed straight to the locker room. Anfernee Simons and Gary Trent Jr. could see extra minutes if McCollum misses time, but they probably won't be an impact in standard-leagues. Most of McCollum's value would be absorbed by Damian Lillard, Carmelo Anthony and Hassan Whiteside if he misses time.

McCollum and Damian Lillard (35 points, 10-for-20 FG and 13-for-14 FT) predictably had their way with the weak Wizards defense. Despite McCollum's recent run of flashy scoring night's he's only a top-80 player in the last couple of weeks, and he's a nice sell-high player if you know some of your leagumates place unnecessary weight on points.
