  • Kyle Korver
    SF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Kyle Korver is listed as out on the game notes for Sunday’s contest against the Nets.

This will be Korver’s third straight game away from the team as he is with his family for the sudden loss of his younger brother. They plan to give him as much time off as he needs and luckily for them, they got four players back from injury this past week.

  • Kevin Love
    PF/C, Cleveland Cavaliers

Kevin Love (hand) is hoping to return sooner than expected.

Love has been sidelined since January 29 and was give an eight week timetable to heal. That would have him returning at the end of March, with some rust to knock off with one week left in standard H2H fantasy playoffs. If he can return before then, he’ll hopefully be in decent shape to help your championship push. Love owners should hold on and hope for an expedient return.

  • Jeff Green
    SF/PF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Jeff Green is available to play Thursday against the Sixers after missing one game with a sore lower back.

J.R. Smith was just suspended for one game but Rodney Hood has taken that starting role. Green may see a slight bump in minutes with J.R. out and the Cavs needing the floor spaced out. Green does not hold much value in standard leagues.

  • Rodney Hood
    , Cleveland Cavaliers

Rodney Hood will replace the suspended J.R. Smith in the starting lineup Thursday vs. Philadelphia.

It is Kyle Korver bobblehead night, so the fans won’t get to see the narrative in full form, but they will get to see Hood’s first start. Cavs coach Tyronn Lue did say that “something happened after shootaround” that led to J.R.’s suspension and that Smith will be back in the starting lineup Saturday.
