The Raptors reportedly waived Cameron Payne and Devin Robinson.

This transaction gets the Raptors roster to 15 players. Cameron Payne has always had an interesting statistical profile for fantasy, but he just can't string good games together when they actually count. Maybe he gets another shot, but the former lottery pick is running out of chances.

The Raptors have signed Devin Robinson to an Exhibit 10 contract.

The Raptors are filling out their training camp group, and Robinson will be among a number of players fighting it out for the final spot on the roster. The Florida product has only appeared in eight NBA games in his first two seasons, and the Wizards chose not to extend him a qualifying offer for this season after he was arrested over a fight with pro football player Jalen Mills. Robinson played with the Blazers in Summer League, putting up 9.6 points and 5.0 rebounds in five games. The owner of some historic combine numbers, Robinson is yet another interesting, raw product for Toronto's development staff to work with.

Devin Robinson was arrested on Saturday morning after getting into a fight with Philadelphia Eagles defensive back Jalen Mills.

The Wizards responded by saying they would not be offering Robinson a qualifying offer for the 2019-20 season. Robinson will be a free-agent this summer after spending this past season on a two-way contract with the Wizards, playing in 22 games.

Devin Robinson ended the 2018/19 season with 14 points, five rebounds, three assists and one block in 30 minutes of work in a loss to the Celtics.

Robinson, the uber athlete, played his first game over 18 minutes this season and did not disappoint. He only logged minutes seven different times and finished outside the top-300 in 8-cat and around top-265 in 9-cat. If a team gives him consistent minutes in the teens next year, he may be able to carve out late-round value in very deep leagues.

Devin Robinson shot 4-for-14 from the field (1-for-4 on threes) but still managed 13 points to go with 12 boards, four dimes, a steal and a block in Friday's 96-92 loss to the Mavs.

Robinson came into Friday's game averaging 21.5 points on 58 percent shooting so the point totals were a little disappointing but it was encouraging to see him contributing in other areas. He also showed off his amazing athleticism with a nasty dunk on the Mavs in transition. If you recall, Robinson has a 41.5-inch vertical leap and 35.5-inch no step vertical, which are both in the 98th percentile in the NBA combine's history and only four players 6-foot-7 or taller have jumped like that at the combine (including Vince Carter).

Devin Robinson looked great again on Wednesday, dropping 26 points and 11 rebounds in 30 minutes of work.

Robinson shot 9-of-13 from the field and 2-of-3 from three. He's on a two-way deal which means the chances of him playing significant minutes next season are slim, but it's promising to see him play well in Las Vegas.

Devin Robinson dropped 24 points on 9-of-18 shooting against the Spurs on Sunday.

Robinson played one game for the Wizards last season and they decided to bring him back for this season. He will not hold any real fantasy value and will only be a burst of scoring off the bench at best.

Second-year pro Devin Robinson led Washington in a loss to the Cavs on Friday, scoring 14 points (0-for-2 on treys) and adding five boards, a steal and two turnovers in 27 minutes.

Robinson is 6-foot-8 1/2 in shoes with a 7-1 winspan but still skinny at 190 pounds. He has a 41.5-inch vertical leap and 35.5-inch no step vertical, which are both in the 98th percentile in the combine's history and only four players 6-foot-7 or taller have jumped like that at the combine, Vince Carter among them. Robinson spent most of last season in the G-League but watch out if he ever puts it together. Troy Brown scored 13 points and Aaron Harrison added 12 points for the Wizards. 26 year old Sam Cassell Jr. missed all three of his field goals in his five minutes of action and failed to score.
