The Thunder and Devon Hall have agreed on a two-way contract, according to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.
Hall was the 53rd pick in the 2018 draft and spent last season playing in Australia. He averaged 9.2 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 0.7 steals while shooting 34 percent from deep in 28 games with Cairns last season. The Thunder don't have a ton of wing depth but it's still unlikely that Hall plays a significant role this year.

Devon Hall has signed with Australia's Cairns Taipans.
Hall was taken 53rd overall in this summer's draft but the Thunder had no space for him so he'll head overseas. Expect to see him suiting up for OKC in Vegas next summer.

The Thunder have selected Virginia's Devon Hall at pick No. 53
Hall was a key player on the top team in the nation last year, though that'll be overshadowed by the Cavaliers' performance against UMBC. He shot over 43 percent from deep but is generally undersized and isn't as quick as you'd like. Hall is a smart, team-oriented player with a low ceiling but could become a useful role player in the NBA.
