  • Tyler Herro
    PG, Miami Heat

Tyler Herro (ankle) is being ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Pistons.

The Heat have a laundry list of unavailable players for Tuesday's game. Duncan Robinson and the newly called up Daryl Macon are going to see a lot of the bench minutes in this one.

Duncan Robinson will start for the Heat on Friday for Justise Winslow.

Robinson is a streamer for 3s in season-long and is a DFS punt for tonight.

  • Justise Winslow
    SF, Miami Heat

Justise Winslow (headache) is questionable to play inThursday's game in Phoenix.

Winslow started the season red hot but then missed two games with a back issue. With the return of Jimmy Butler and the emergence of rookies Kendrick Nunn and Tyler Herro, Winslow's upside is capped as a late-round player. If he is unable to suit up, his minutes will likely go to Duncan Robinson and Goran Dragic.

  • Justise Winslow
    SF, Miami Heat

Justise Winslow (back) and Derrick Jones Jr. (left groin strain) are expected to be available for Tuesday's game against the Nuggets.

If Winslow is able to go he will likely bump the hot-shooting Duncan Robinson from the starting lineup. Winslow was averaging 14.8 points, 8.5 rebounds and 5.8 assists before missing the last two games and needs to be back in lineups.

  • Justise Winslow
    SF, Miami Heat

Justise Winslow is dealing with lower back stiffness and is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Nuggets.

Winslow has missed two straight games with the injury. He has looked sharp when healthy in averaging 14.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 5.8 assists. Stay tuned for updates, but Duncan Robinson could be in line for another big night.

  • Duncan Robinson
    F, Miami Heat

Duncan Robinson started with Justise Winslow out on Sunday and came through with a career-high 23 points, five rebounds, two blocks and seven 3-pointers.

The rebounds and blocks tie a career-best while the triples are a new high mark for Robinson. He was huge for anyone who streamed him or had him in a DFS lineup, but we wouldn't expect a repeat performance any time soon. That said, he's clearly a trusted member of the rotation for the Heat and is definitely someone to monitor in deeper formats.

    F, Miami Heat

The Heat will insert Duncan Robinson into the starting lineup against the Rockets on Sunday.

Robinson will slide in at SF while Justise Winslow continues to nurse a minor back injury. Robinson is a good bet to sink a few threes, but the rest of his statistical profile is barren. He is only worth a look in 20 teamers.

  • Justise Winslow
    SF, Miami Heat

Justise Winslow (lower back stiffness) is questionable to play against the Rockets on Sunday.

With Winslow is in danger of missing his second straight game, it was Duncan Robinson who slid into the starting lineup last time with 12 points, two rebounds and two triples in 27 minutes. With Butler also questionable, there is a chance Robinson gets another start with Kendrick Nunn, Tyler Herro and Goran Dragic carrying most of the offensive load at the guard and wing spots. Daryl Macon may even see few a minutes as well.

  • Jimmy Butler
    SG, Miami Heat

Jimmy Butler (left foot bruise) is questionable to play against the Rockets on Sunday.

This is the first mention of the Butler's injury and we are unsure of when it was sustained but the questionable tag suggests it should not be too serious . With Justise Winslow also questionable, Goran Dragic, Tyler Herro, Kendrick Nunn and Duncan Robinson may be in line for a huge workload on Sunday manning the 1-3 positions without much depth behind them.

  • Duncan Robinson
    F, Miami Heat

Duncan Robinson drew the start on Thursday and scored 12 points on 5-of-10 shooting with three rebounds and two 3-pointers.

Robinson got the starting nod over Goran Dragic (four points on 1-of-5 shooting with a rebound, three assists in 15 minutes). Neither of these guards are worth owning in standard leagues when Justise Winslow (back) comes back, which should be very soon.

  • Duncan Robinson
    F, Miami Heat

Duncan Robinson will start on Thursday against the Hawks as Justise Winslow was ruled out with a back injury.

Robinson has impressed Erik Spoelstra enough to earn his first start this season and his second start in his young career. He isn't worth a roster spot outside of 16-team leagues but there is no guarantee that his current playing time will continue all season. In terms of DFS, Robinson could be an excellent play tonight based on his price tag.

  • Duncan Robinson
    F, Miami Heat

Duncan Robinson delivered some hot shooting on Sunday for the Heat, scoring 21 points on four triples (4-of-7 3-point shooting) and collecting two blocks in 23 minutes.

It is hard to expect Robinson to do this consistently, and it seems unlikely he can do more than hit a couple of 3-pointers on a regular basis. He only received 23 minutes tonight, and that number would probably have to get closer to 30 for him to be a realistic standard-league asset.

  • Duncan Robinson
    F, Miami Heat

Duncan Robinson has played himself into the Miami Heat's regular rotation, and may be a candidate to start at small forward.

Robinson has started three of the last four preseason games at SF for the Heat, putting up a line of 17 points (5-of-10 shooting), four threes, and a block while remaining perfect from the line in the preseason finale. Erik Spoelstra typically runs a deep rotation and he said that he wanted to play his best ten guys on Thursday. Robinson will need to remain efficient to be worth monitoring, but his insertion into Spoelstra's rotation likely means that the Heat will employ a committee at the three, complicating the minutes situation for late-round flier Derrick Jones, Jr. Robinson is more of a 3-point stream option to put on watch lists in deeper leagues while Jones remains a worthy late-round dart throw.

The Heat will be picking up Duncan Robinson's $1 million guarantee for the upcoming season.

Robinson played well throughout Summer League and will now officially be on the roster. He only appeared in 15 games last season, and although he's showed some promise Robinson will likely need another trade to go down to open up a serious shot at playing time.

Duncan Robinson was on fire on Saturday, registering 26 points (9-of-21 shooting), eight rebounds, four 3s, three assists, three steals and two blocks in 36 minutes.

Robinson is someone to keep an eye on for now. The Heat are serious contenders to land Chris Paul via a trade with the Thunder, so their roster could still see a drastic shake-up before October's regular season tip off.
