Gerald Green (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Mavericks.

Even with the Rockets' lack of depth, Green is still just a three-point specialist who plays under 20 minutes per game. He can be safely ignored.

Gerald Green (sore right ankle) will not play on Monday night.

Green's absence will open up extra minutes in the backcourt, so we could see some extra Michael Carter-Williams and the debut of Danuel House with Chris Paul also out. There's minimal fantasy impact here, though Green is typically worth a look in deep formats for points and threes when the Rockets are shorthanded.

Gerald Green (sore right ankle) is questionable to play on Monday.

Green would see extra playing time if Chris Paul had to sit out but is only a stream for scoring and threes. He's tough to trust but you never know when he'll pop off for a big night. If Green missed this game it would lead to a lot of new looks for the Rockets, who only used nine players — two of them playing under five minutes — on Saturday.

Gerald Green needed only 14 minutes to score 17 points in Saturday's win over the Kings, nailing five 3-pointers and hitting 6-of-10 from the field.

Green can always pop off like this but predicting his big nights is akin to finding needles in a haystack. Congrats if you hit this one, but don't be counting on these performances.

Gerald Green will be available for Thursday's game against the Warriors.

Green was a game-time call, and it looks like he's ready to roll. With Carmelo Anthony gone, there's a chance that Green could produce some points off the bench, but being a fantasy asset is a stretch.

Gerald Green is a game-time decision on Thursday.

It's an upgrade after he seemed questionable at best this morning. Green will be tasked with more scoring burden off the bench now that Carmelo Anthony is out of the picture, but he'll need to fully recover from his ankle injury before that can happen.

Gerald Green (ankle) is "questionable, if not doubtful" for Thursday's game against the Warriors.

That certainly doesn't make it seem like Green will be in action. If he is able to play he should be tossed right into the mix as the Rockets could also be without Gary Clark.

Gerald Green (ankle) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Warriors.

Green has missed two games in a row, but he will be needed on Thursday if Gary Clark (hip) can't go. The Rockets bench is very thin already so he should play around 20 minutes regardless if Clark plays and even more if Clark sits.

Gerald Green (ankle) is listed as out ahead of Tuesday's game.

The Rockets haven't given any firm updates on Green so we'll consider him out indefinitely. Eric Gordon is going to get a ton of work with the Rockets a bit light on scoring threats in the second unit.

Gerald Green (sprained right ankle) will not play on Sunday.

Green left Saturday's game and didn't return after seven minutes of action. Eric Gordon is going to do a ton of heavy lifting today while Gary Clark should continue to see extra run.

Gerald Green left Saturday's game against the Spurs and headed to the locker room.

Green played just seven minutes through the first three quarters so was not much of a factor. The Rockets have Eric Gordon (adductor) back, so Green's role will remain limited if he returns.

Eric Gordon (strained right adductor) is listed as questionable for Saturday’s game vs. the Spurs.

Gordon has already missed three games with the adductor strain and he;s no spring chicken so we’d expect him to sit this one out. If he doesn’t play look for Carmelo Anthony and Gerald Green to get a few more looks, though neither is a particularly inspiring DFS play against the Spurs.

Gerald Green hit half of his 14 shots in Friday's home loss, scoring 19 points with five rebounds and four triples in 23 minutes off the bench.

Green is always a consideration when Houston is down one of its guards and he paid off for anyone who rolled the dice tonight. He's still more of a 3-point specialist in deep leagues but when the stars align he can give you a nice little boost. Good luck trying to guess those days, though.

Gerald Green scored four points on 1-of-5 shooting (all threes) with two rebounds and one steal in 28 minutes off the bench on Wednesday against the Jazz.

Green hasn't been worth anything in fantasy leagues but he might get a green light if James Harden misses time.

Gerald Green will sit out Thursday's game after undergoing a tooth extraction.

Green can get hot in a hurry but won't need the extra preseason reps to round into form. He'll be streaky either way and isn't much of a fantasy option.
