  • Jamal Crawford
    SG, Brooklyn Nets

Jamal Crawford hopes to be back for a full season at age 40 whenever next season starts, according to Marc Stein of the New York Times.

Crawford finally found a home this season in the replacement-filled Brooklyn Nets roster for the NBA restart in Orlando. He played six minutes, scored five points, but then was out with a hamstring injury. Kevin Durant strongly suggested in a recent interview that he would relish seeing Crawford return to the Nets and hopefully the veteran guard can remain healthy and provide scoring help off the bench for Brooklyn in the next season.

  • Joe Harris
    SF, Brooklyn Nets

The Nets will be without Joe Harris (personal) and Jamal Crawford (left hamstring strain) for Games 3 and 4 on Friday and Sunday respectively.

Harris left the campus yesterday for a non-medical personal matter while Crawford has played in less than 10 minutes due to his hamstring injury. Harris' departure is a big hit for a feisty Nets squad as he was one of their most reliable shooters. Expect more minutes to be available for Tyler Johnson and Garrett Temple. The Nets will have to win a game in order for either player to have a chance at returning, something that seems extremely difficult against the defending Champs.

    SG, Brooklyn Nets

Jamal Crawford (left hamstring strain) has been ruled out for the first few games of the Nets' series against the Raptors.

While this is unfortunate news for Crawford's attempt at a comeback, this has little to no impact on the Nets' rotation. Unless the Nets somehow extend this series to six or seven games, it's possible we do not see Crawford return at all.

    SG, Brooklyn Nets

Jamal Crawford (left hamstring strain) has been ruled out of Monday's Game 1 against the Raptors.

Crawford's comeback bid lasted six minutes before he got hurt in his first bubble appearance. The Nets will take any contributions they can get at this point, so Crawford may still be a consideration if he's able to heal up before Game 2 and beyond.

  • Jamal Crawford
    SG, Brooklyn Nets

Jamal Crawford will miss the final game of the regular season on Thursday as he continues to work his way back from a left hamstring strain.

Crawford injured his hamstring in less than 10 minutes of his only contest in 2019-20 so far and even if he does come back for the playoffs, it doesn't appear like he would have a major role. The 40-year-old scoring guard has had a great career but his best reality and fantasy days are behind him. Hopefully, he can get healthy enough to see some playoff minutes but we will have to wait to find out.

Jamal Crawford remains out for Sunday's game with a strained hamstring.

Crawford has been a non-factor for the Nets, who have managed some amazing wins without his presence on the floor. Leave him on the wire.

  • Jarrett Allen
    C, Brooklyn Nets

Jarrett Allen (left ankle sprain) is questionable for Friday's tilt vs. the Kings while Jamal Crawford (hamstring strain) is out.

It was clear that Crawford wasn't going to play after tweaking his hamstring with less than 10 minutes of playing time in his first NBA action. Rodions Kurucs, Lance Thomas, Donta Hall and Dzanan Musa could all see a bump in playing time if Allen is sidelined.

The Nets' interim head coach Jacque Vaughn said Jamal Crawford will miss 'a few games' after injuring his left hamstring on Tuesday vs. the Bucks.

The former sixth man of the year only played six minutes on Tuesday in his debut with the Nets. It was his first game of the season and his first NBA game in over a year. Crawford returning to the NBA is a feel-good story, but his days of having an impact in fantasy basketball are behind him.

Jamal Crawford (left hamstring strain) will not be available for Wednesday's game against the Celtics.

Crawford only lasted six minutes against the Bucks on Tuesday before suffering the injury. Chris Chiozza would end up playing 31 minutes off the bench in that one, but it's a murky situation for the Nets given their depleted roster.

  • Jamal Crawford
    SG, Brooklyn Nets

Jamal Crawford will not return to Tuesday's game after suffering a left hamstring injury.

Crawford immediately asked out of the game after getting tangled up with Eric Bledsoe, and the Nets quickly ruled him out for the remainder. Playing his first game in over a year, Crawford had five points and three assists in six minutes of action. The Nets have sustained yet another injury, and with Crawford out and three starters sitting today it should be open season for Brooklyn's bench. We'll see if anyone can play their way into the Nets' "healthy" rotation for the rest of the bubble games.

Jamal Crawford went back to the locker room in the second quarter of Tuesday's game after appearing to suffer a leg injury.

Crawford is making his first appearance of the season today, but he immediately called for a substitution after it looked like his foot got stepped on. We'll keep you posted on his status as news becomes available.

Jamal Crawford will make his debut with the Nets on Tuesday against the Bucks, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

This is great news for the Nets as the team has struggled to score in the first couple games against the Magic and the Wizards. The veteran guard should get some backup minutes tonight but his conditioning is likely still an issue after not playing organized basketball for over a year.

Jamal Crawford (conditioning) will not play on Sunday.

Crawford still needs time to get up to speed after not appearing in the NBA this season. He could be a DFS option for scoring pop eventually but we'd need to see him play for a few games to confirm that he's in the rotation and getting steady minutes.

Jamal Crawford (conditioning) is questionable to play on Sunday.

Crawford won't fix all of Brooklyn's problems, but after they got thumped on Friday they'll take all the help they can get. Once Crawford is ready to play he'll be battling guys like Chris Chiozza and Tyler Johnson for minutes. We wouldn't consider Crawford a fantasy option until he gets a game or two under his belt.

    SG, Brooklyn Nets

Jamal Crawford will not be on the active roster for the team's first restart game against the Magic on Friday as he continues to work himself into game shape.

Crawford is unlikely to make an impact on the fantasy radar unless several other players sit and he is given a full leash. At 40 years old, Crawford is a feel good story for NBA fans but doesn't warrant a roster spot in resumption leagues. His next opportunity to play will come on Sunday vs. the Wizards.
