Khimki Moscow announced on Wednesday the signing of Jonas Jerebko for the next couple seasons.

Jerebko returns to Europe after a successful 10-year career in the NBA where he averaged 6.3 points and 4.0 rebounds in 635 games. The Warriors had a massive amount of turnover in the offseason, as Jerebko is one of ten players who is not returning to Golden State. With news of him heading to Russia, nine of those ten players now have new homes for next season.

Jonas Jerebko is close to a deal with Khimki Moscow, per Donatas Urbonas.

Jerebko is still good enough to hang on to an NBA job, though he'll undoubtedly make more in Russia and will be a featured player on a Khimki team that's dipped into the NBA ranks a couple times this offseason. It's a little surprising that a competent stretch four is heading elsewhere, but Jerebko's defense was fairly exposed in the Finals.

Jonas Jerebko led the Warriors reserves with nine points in Tuesday's Game 1 victory, going 3-of-5 from the field with five rebounds and a 3-pointer in 15 minutes.

Jerebko wasn't a big presence in either of the first two rounds but may need to take on more of a workload in the absence of Kevin Durant. The fact that the Warriors are helping way off of Al-Farouq Aminu, Evan Turner and Portland's other forwards should allow Steve Kerr to sneak on some weaker defenders like Jerebko.

Jonas Jerebko quietly posted six points on 3-of-5 shooting with three rebounds, three assists and one block in 18 minutes as the Warriors fell to the Grizzlies in Wednesday's season finale 117-132.

Jerebko had some limited deep-league appeal in 2018-19 thanks to 279/259 8/9-cat per-game rankings across his 73 games played. He posted low-end averages of 6.3 points and 3.9 rebounds per game. Outside of two occasions when he exploded for 20-plus points, Jerebko was mostly forgettable as a fantasy asset this season. He's on the Warriors, so that does tend to make it hard for role-players not named Andre Iguodala to see a lot of burn.

Jonas Jerebko scored 18 points on 6-of-10 from the field with three treys and four rebounds in 18 minutes on Tuesday.

It's Jerebko's first double-digit scoring game since December, so don't expect a repeat of this anytime soon. DeMarcus Cousins sat this one out too, which led to extended minutes for Jerebko, while Andrew Bogut, Jordan Bell and Kevon Looney combined for 30 minutes of four points, eight rebounds and four assists.

Jonas Jerebko (right quad contusion) is available to play on Thursday despite being listed on the injury report.

Jerebko should see a significant bump in minutes with Kevin Durant resting and Andre Iguodala (illness) out tonight, and could be a deep-league streamer for points, rebounds and threes.

Jonas Jerebko (quad) is probable to face the Magic on Thursday.

With both Kevin Durant and Andre Iguodala out for Thursday's game against the Magic, Jerebko has a chance at a starting job and 30 minutes. With the potential for a nice spot, Jerebko is a cheap dart throw in DFS leagues on Thursday.

Jonas Jerebko is not with the Warriors as he's still with his wife, awaiting the birth of a child.

Jerebko left the team last week but is still away following the conclusion of Golden State's road trip. Kevon Looney and Jordan Bell have seen increased run with Jerebko away.

Jonas Jerebko will be with his wife who's expecting and will not be with the Warriors for the remainder of their ongoing road trip, keeping him out for a total of three games.

Jerebko's absence will mean more time for Kevon Looney at power forward and possibly even some extra for Andre Iguodala.

Jonas Jerebko scored five points on 2-of-5 shooting (including a three) with seven rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block in 25 minutes off the bench in Thursday's overtime loss to the Blazers.

Jerebko and teammate Andre Iguodala (seven points, six boards, three assists, one steal, two blocks, one three, 28 minutes) are both worth a look in 16-20 team formats.

Jonas Jerebko started on Sunday but only managed seven points, three rebounds and a 3-pointer in 21 foul-plagued minutes.

Jerebko replaced Kevon Looney up front tonight but the whistles kept things in their normal order, with Looney playing 22 minutes while tallying 10 points, seven rebounds, a steal and a block off the bench. Jerebko picked up five fouls in his stint tonight and his stretch four stat set might fit some builds but is only a late-round profile overall. He's best left for 16-teamers and beyond.

Jonas Jerebko will draw the start on Sunday night against the Clippers with Draymond Green shifting to center.

It’s interesting that Steve Kerr is moving Draymond to center against Marcin Gortat after the plan during the offseason was to keep Green fresh by playing him at any position but center. Jerebko’s big game must have caught the coaching staff’s attention.

Jonas Jerebko scored a season-high 23 points on 10-of-12 shooting (including two threes) with six rebounds, three assists and one steal in 21 minutes off the bench on Saturday against the Mavs.

Jerebko is benefiting from all the attention going to the usual suspects to the tune of top 175-200 value on the year (9/8 cat). If that can help you out he's good in that role until DeMarcus Cousins returns and maybe even beyond.

  • Draymond Green
    F, Golden State Warriors

Draymond Green (toe) warmed up but will not play in Friday’s game vs. the Bucks.

Green is inching closer to a return which will mean the end of Jonas Jerebko’s run as a low-end fantasy contributor. Green has three more days to get right as the Warriors are off until next Monday.
