Bogdan Bogdanovic (sore right ankle) gets a questionable tag going into Saturday's matchup against the Grizzlies.

Bogdanovic missed Friday's game against the Pacers in which Kings lost for the third time in four games. Yogi Ferrell and Justin James split his minutes in that one with 22 and 24, respectively, with James posting the better line of 14 points, three rebounds, three triples and one block. Trevor Ariza also missed the game due to personal reasons but was not listed on the injury report for Saturday. He may also be in line for some extra minutes if Bogdan cannot go.

Justin James logged 24 minutes off the bench on Friday night, adding 14 points (5-for-11 shooting), three rebounds, three triples, two assists and a block.

James got some extra burn with Bogdan Bogdanovic missing this game and played well. It may be worth monitoring James moving forward and if he becomes a part of the rotation he could have some deep league stream appeal.

Justin James had a career night on Friday, logging a career-high 33 minutes with 14 points (6-for-14 shooting), three assists, three rebounds, two triples and a steal as the Kings fell to the Nets.

The minutes, points, assists, rebounds and three-pointers were all career-highs for the rookie who saw his first extended action of the season. He took advantage of Bogdan Bogdanovic missing time, but don't expect this to be a regular occurrence for James.

Justin James (right knee strain) has been ruled out for the rest of Summer League after suffering the injury in Tuesday's game against the Rockets.

James has little to worry about as he just secured a three-year minimum contract with his first two being guaranteed. He won't play much but with the glut of wings in Sacramento, but he will have ample opportunity to get buckets in the G-league.

The Kings selected Wyoming shooting guard Justin James with the 40th pick.

James was an All-MWC Conference player in the 2018-19 season after averaging 22.1 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. He is a solid scorer, but he has the looks of a G-league player. Do not expect James to have much of a role with the Kings next season.
